The xlink:title
attribute is used to describe the meaning of a link or resource in a human-readable fashion, along the same lines as the xlink:role
or xlink:arcrole
attribute. A value is optional; if a value is supplied, it shall contain a string that describes the resource. In general it is preferable to use a <title>
child element rather than a xlink:title
attribute.
