Exceptions

NumberFormatException - if the string is not a valid representation of a number.

ArithmeticException - if the rounding is needed, but the rounding mode is java.math.RoundingMode.UNNECESSARY.

Parameters

mathContext - specifies the precision and the rounding mode.
