The sub()
method creates a <sub>
HTML element that causes a string to be displayed as subscript.

method embeds a string in a <sub>
tag: "<sub>str</sub>"
.
sub()
and sup()
methodsThe following example uses the sub()
and sup()
methods to format a string:
