An open
event informs the target that a data connection has been established. This event is sent to RTCDataChannel
objects when the data connection is opened, and to EventSource
objects when a server-sent events connection is ready.
An event handler for this event can be added via the RTCDataChannel.onopen
property or EventSource.onopen
as appropriate..
