CSSRule.parentStyleSheet

parentStyleSheet returns the stylesheet object in which the current rule is defined.

Syntax

var stylesheet = cssRule.parentStyleSheet 

Parameters

• stylesheet is a stylesheet object.

Example

if ( bgRule.parentStyleSheet != mySheet ) {
   // alien style rule!
}
