DateTime toUtc ()

Returns this DateTime value in the UTC time zone.

Returns this if it is already in UTC. Otherwise this method is equivalent to:

new DateTime.fromMicrosecondsSinceEpoch(microsecondsSinceEpoch,
                                        isUtc: true)
